Elaine Upton-Consultant I have been a travel consultant since 1978 and have held CTC (Certified Travel Consultant) certification since 1983. As a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge, I am a "Disney Specialist" which indicates that I have attained a special knowledge of Disney destinations. I have received additional training as a "Club Med Specialist", an "Aruba Specialist", a "Sandals/Beaches Certified Specialist", and I have received my "Accredited Cruise Counselor Certification" as of July 2005. I love languages and have a knowledge of French and Spanish. As a crossover agent, I work in both the corporate and leisure departments of the office.
